"I have always held passions for Drama, Music and Sport. At the age of seven I joined my local Football club and since then have been heavily involved in sport. I represented my county in both Football and Cricket, was selected for an East Anglia Representative XI in Football at the age of 14 and reached the National Final in Cricket with Norfolk County Cricket Club at 15. I completed a year at The Bracewell Cricket Academy in New Zealand, where I developed as a player and a coach. I was also selected for one of six National Cricket Academies whilst at University. Having been involved throughout school in Drama productions, I decided to study the Theatre at University, where I helped produce work that led us to London, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a residency at the centre for European contemporary Arts in Cardiff. I am a keen musician and have performed for Radio 4 and BBC Radio Wales. I have been able to achieve and experience these things due to the high level of teaching and guidance that I received throughout my childhood. I value this help and am dedicated to my goal of providing similar environments and support which will allow others to achieve their potential and fulfil their goals.
After running Set Your Sights for 10 years, I continue to take great pleasure in providing opportunities to both the child that attend our clubs and the staff that love to run them.”

"I am a passionate, enthusiastic individual who has always had an interest in sports and physical education. At a young age I began playing football for my local youth team and continued to do so until the end of youth football at under 16s. After this, I continued to play football, firstly at under 18s and now at adult level. As well as football, I have played cricket for my local club from the age of 13 as well as participating in a variety of sports teams throughout high school. I am currently studying a BA Physical Education Degree at the University of East Anglia and am seeking to use the degree to find a future career in teaching. One of my favourite aspects about working for Set Your Sights is seeing individuals express themselves throughout sessions. Finally, I hope that through delivering engaging sessions I may be able to inspire others to have a future in physical education and sport whether that be in a playing, coaching or volunteering role."

Working with children is such a fun & rewarding career i have always followed throughout my life, which is a pleasure to be a part of! Supporting a child's development, caring for them and ensuring their childhood is fulfilled with many fun and engaging activities! Each day is never the same, some more challenging than others, but each day ending with a sense of satisfaction to help each young person grow and flourish in all that they do and learn.
I am particularly passionate about planning activities which are outdoor and child led focused. Play which I plan to bring to the team through various fun activities covering sensory, holistic and role play games. Introduction to Safeguarding Children
I was born in Thailand, but have been living in the UK since 2000.
After completing my education, I taught in a secondary school for a while before moving on to work as a Tour Guide. I enjoy looking after people, especially children, so after coming to England I chose to study for my NVQ qualification and become a Playworker. I also have experience of working with younger children in a nursery setting.
One of the first things I learned working with children, is that if you respect them then they will respect you. I like to organise both physical and arts and crafts group activities, but often find myself asked to join in the activities the children themselves have organised. So, I may find myself playing badminton, table tennis, tag, avalanche, or perhaps just being the goalkeeper for their penalty shootout. I am happy to be flexible so that I can meet their needs. I really enjoy my job and the satisfaction it brings me.
